Arrow Crab
Stenorhynchus seticornis
Crabs can range from less than an inch to over 12 inches in diameter and most shrimp average about 1-2 inches in length. Crabs and shrimp are scavengers of any type of edible matter they find, consuming both undesirable algae and detritus while mixing the sand which makes them ideal candidates for the reef aquarium. Some species of shrimp are even known for setting up cleaning stations in the aquarium ridding fish of most parasites.
